多功能Hopkinson压杆型试验装置的研制与应用

对传统的Hopkinson压杆试验装置进行了改进和完善，除了用于材料的动态压缩以外，还能进行动态拉伸、绝热剪切、裂纹扩展速度测定、动态断裂韧性测试等．本文介绍了几种试验方法的基本原理，并给出了试验结果．     

幂硬化可压缩材料Ⅰ型动态裂纹尖端奇异场

研究了平面应变条件下幂硬化可压缩材料中定常扩展的Ⅰ型动态裂纹尖端应力应变奇异场．采用Ｊ２流动理论和场量直角坐标分量，得到了应力应变奇异性不同时的裂纹尖端渐近场，其中场量的角变化规律和理想弹塑性材料的完全相同     

磁粉法检测表面裂纹概率曲线的测定

本文介绍了利用实物零件测定裂纹检出概率的方法，并作出了用磁粉法检测表面裂纹的检测概率曲线，为大型构件检测周期的确定提供了可靠数据，为结构损伤容限设计，可靠性设计提供了重要的依据。     

给定寿命下的焊趾疲劳裂纹深度尺寸分析

本文提供并用统计方法研究了焊趾疲劳裂纹扩展的Ｎ～α曲线族，给出了联系给定裂纹尺寸下的疲劳分布，给定疲劳寿命下的裂纹尺寸分布以及随机初始条件的概率相容条件。研究表明，给定寿命下的焊趾疲劳裂纹深度尺寸α服从分布Ф［（μ（ａ）－ｌｏｇＮ）／σ（ａ）］。     

Higher order asymptotic solution of mode I crack growth in elastic-perfectly plastic media

A higher order asymptotic solution of near-tip field is studied for plane-atrain Mode-I quasi-static steady crack growth in the incompressible (v=1/2) elastic perfectly-plastic media. The results show that the near-tip stress and strain are fully continuous, and the strain possesses In (A/r) singularity at the crack tip. The expressions of the stress, strain and velocity in each region are also given. The project supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China     

An extension of the J-integral to piezoelectric materials

This paper provides an analysis of the crack propagation criterion for a thin piezoelectric plate with a symmetry of order six. On the basis of Gol’denveizer’s asymptotic integration method or Destuynder’s unidirectional zoom technique, we obtain an extension of the purely mechanical J-integral to piezoelectric materials, with a dependence of the gradient of energy of the plate only on zeroth order terms of asymptotic expansions.     

三维裂纹问题的高精度数值解法

提出了一种求解三维均质弹性体中任意形状平片裂纹问题超奇异积分方程组的Chebyshev多项式数值解法。数值计算结果表明：文中方法不仅收敛快，而且精度高。     

具有半边裂纹导电薄板放电瞬间的温度场数值模拟

采用数值模拟方法 ,模拟计算了具有半边裂纹的导电薄板在放电瞬间的温度场分布。计算结果表明 :在裂纹尖端附近由于电磁热的集中效应 ,可使材料熔化形成焊口 ,裂纹尖端处的曲率半径显著增大 ,并且焊口的温度分布与形状是不完全对称的。裂纹尖端焊口形状的模拟计算结果与试验结果非常吻合。从温度梯度的分布结果可知 ,裂纹前缘附近在放电过程中将产生很大的压应力 ,可显著减少甚至是消除裂纹前缘处的扩展应力数值 ,抑制了裂纹主干线的形成 ,可达到遏制裂纹扩展的目的     

新型各向异性核工业石墨断裂力学行为的实验研究和数值分析

本文分别采用激光和白光DSCM(数字散斑相关测量)方法对一种新型各向异性核工业石墨的裂纹尖端位移、应变场进行了实验研究，两种方法都取得了较好的结果。考虑核工业石墨制备过程形成的各向异性特点，本文构建了三维各向异性有限元模型，采用奇异单元，计算模拟石墨裂纹尖端的变形和应力场，通过对实验结果和有限元计算结果的比较可以发现两者具有相近的趋势。     

Singular perturbation analysis of dynamic fields in a thermoelastic solid with a small surface-breaking crack

An asymptotic analysis is presented for a dynamic problem of a semi-infinite isotropic thermoelastic solid with a small surface breaking crack. The exterior surface of the solid is subjected to a series of short thermal pulses. The crack surface is traction free and an ideal thermal contact is assumed across the crack. The stress intensity factor is asymptotically evaluated as a function of the crack depth and time. The effect of a boundary layer associated with the diffusive term is identified. The theoretical model is supplied with numerical simulations.
